The Past
I breathe in the past.
I breathe out the future.
The Past is not a static record written in stone but a flexible narrative that is constantly edited by your current perspective and your expectations for the future. This proposition asserts the fundamental principle that whatever happened could not have happened any other way, as every event is the result of a complex chain of causality stretching back to the Big Bang. While some past events may seem tragic or negative, they are ultimately viewed as a net positive when examined through a three-dimensional lens: the mechanical view of direct causes, the quantum view of non-obvious consequences, and the universal view of long-term progress toward a better state of being. Like the roots of a tree, your memories serve to nourish your current growth; by using a Purposehood Guiding Star, you can recognize, reflect, and reframe past experiences to extract invaluable lessons and ensure they feed a bright future rather than fueling toxic regret.

The past is a draft in a journal that you can intentionally edit to align with your journey toward your existential purpose
Seeds of Potentiality Practices
This guide is designed to help you apply Proposition 1 of the Purposehood of Everything Theory (PoET).  Your mission through these exercises is threefold: to grow your own seed, nourish the seeds of children in your care, and unleash the seeds of everyone in your circles.
