The Modes of Time
I breathe in past.
I breathe out the future.
The Modes of Time describe a multi-dimensional reality where you are simultaneously a timeless, complete being and a progressive agent of change within the universe. While we experience time mechanically as a forward-ticking unit, the sources explain that it exists in three simultaneous modes: timelessness in the "beyond" where the source of existence resides, completeness in the "timeless-cloud" where all possibilities are stored, and progressiveness in our universe where our daily actions influence probabilities.

Like a plant that requires its roots, stem, and branches to be whole, you are complete only when you integrate the roots of your past for positive nourishment, the stem of your present as a conduit for energy, and the branches of your future as your creative destination.

By embracing your roles as the creator of the future, the editor of the past, and the observer of the present, you avoid the suffering caused by being "stuck" in one zone—regret in the past, stress in the present, or anxiety in the future—and instead live with abundance, ease, and gratitude.
