Life of Abundance
I breathe in abundance.
I breathe out gratitude.
By shifting one's focus from the relentless pursuit of cravings to the fulfilment of essential needs aligned with a defined life purpose you can achieve a life of abundance. Without a clear destination, or Purposehood, individuals succumb to the "scarcity" of infinite desires, whereas a purposeful person views basic desires merely as fuel for their journey rather than the end goal. By adopting the perspective of a pilot who calculates exactly what is required for flight, one can avoid the suffering and anxiety caused by over-fueling life with excess.

Intentional practices like mindfulness, giving, and wellness to transform instinctive impulses into positive actions that serve both the individual and the greater good.
